Overall management of schedule and cost performance for technical integration projects preferably with specific experience serving the public transit market. Management and coordination of engineering resources, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve the project's schedule and cost objectives. Managing a core group of 6 to 8 people with up to 20 at various points in the deliverables cycle. Project Status Reviews for both the external customer and internal executive management team. All project management tasks including but not limited to: creation and management of master schedules, material and labor financial forecasts, statements of work for subcontractors, purchasing requisitions, etc. Travel to customer site for project reviews, design reviews and testing activities. Travel requirement approximately 25%. Creation and management of Customer Change Orders. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Industrial Management, Business Administration. Working experience with Oracle databases and real time software systems. Working experience with complex systems involving hardware, WAN and wireless communications, and customized software. SQL Server Database Administrator

Provide data administration design and support applications using SQL Server. Provide technical expertise and guidance in the logical and physical database design, development, operation and maintenance of information systems. Develop and incorporate data policy, procedures, standards and guidelines for information systems. Conduct assessments of the system to determine data transition, normalization and integration into the application tables and supporting relational databases. Work closely with data end-users to ensure data integrity, data access and rapid response to data inquiries. Provide technical assistance in all facets of database administration to include data processing techniques, database environment maintenance, data standards, access and security. Qualifications: Database Administration class for SQL Server or equivalent and Windows 2003 operating system training or equivalent. Four years experience with logical design, requirement definition and database administration. Four years experience in relevant application database design, development and implementation. Corporate Project Engineer

Our client is seeking a Corporate Project Engineer. This role requires food process mechanical design experience, strong project management skills, experience with capital projects at the multi-million dollar level. This position requires an average of 75% travel to our facilities around the United States. This individual will be responsible for providing project management and engineering services to our manufacturing facilities, systems and infrastructure, and to conduct studies to evaluate new technology / programs. Qualifications:  Bachelors Degree in Engineering; Graduate studies in business, management, or engineering desired. PE license is desirable. Extensive working knowledge of project management and food processing required. 7+ years experience including project management, process design and contractor supervision in a process environment. Proven management experience of large, complex projects is required. Must be well rounded with grasp of many engineering disciplines a well as plant operations and construction. Ability to formulate and execute a very complex plan. Engineering analysis and design. Project scheduling. Refinery PSM Manager

Upper Rockies fuels refiner has immediate opening for a PSM Manager. Will be responsible for all aspects of compliance with OSHA 1910.119 Process Safety Management (PSM) standards. Strong background in the Mechanical Integrity element of PSM is needed. Responsible for staying abreast with PSM regulatory and industry trends in all aspects of PSM compliance, implementation, and performance. Tracks and drives PSM-related corrective actions to completion. Provides status reports to the organization and ensures understanding of required actions such as timely completion of audit and PHA recommendations. Drive compliance with the Compliance audit element of PSM. Manage the PSM Department which includes a PSM Coordinator, an Inspection Supervisor, 4 Inspectors and a PSM clerk. Engineering degree and 5-10 years PSM experience in either a petrochemical or refining facility required. Location: Upper Rockies; Salary: $90K-$110K.

CNC Field Service Engineer

This position requires a strong working knowledge of troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing any electrical and/or mechanical issues on CNC metal cutting machines tools. Strong in electrical, PLC programming, electrical and mechanical, some of these are: headstock alignment, turret alignment, spindle rebuild or replacement, changing out switches, relays, mother boards, control panels, power supplies, tracking coolant leaks, tracking hydraulic oil leaks, replacing chucks, glass windows, installing rotary stables, steady rests, chip conveyors and anything else that may arise in the normal course of service. CNC field Service experience minimum 5-10 years. Location: Houston, TX; Salary: $55K-$70K.

Project Engineer

The ideal candidate will have two to five years of directly related experience, including:  project management of consumer products; demonstrated experience in related project management critical competencies; technical experience in plastics engineering including material knowledge, manufacturing processes, design best practices and process qualification required. Knowledge of various testing methods related to plastics and materials. Knowledge of DOE (Design of Experiments) preferred but not required. Mechanically inclined with excellent visualization skills. Good creativity, innovation, and problem solving abilities. BS in Mechanical Engineering is a MUST. Must be out of consumer products or medical devices where the person has worked with plastic products - no exceptions. Location: IL; Salary: $65K-$75K.
