Auditor, Internal Controls - Automotive Supplier. Performs Sarbanes-Oxley Act implementation support to Manager, Internal Audit. Implementation and compliance activities include documentation, quality assurance review, planning and conducting SOX internal control audits and reporting the results, performing financial and operational audits as required and supporting financial and operation audit teams. Conducts SOX driven compliance assignments, which include interviewing, documenting, quality assurance reviews for design effectiveness, process mapping and gap analysis. Evaluates business processes. Requirements: BS in Accounting or Finance. Certification required one or more of following:  CPA, CIA, CA, CISA. 3 to 5 years professional audit experience, preferably with Big 4 or Regional Public Accounting Firm or with the internal audit department of an automotive or other large manufacturing company. Our client is seeking a Global Technology Leader to provide key technical leadership and consultation that will help shape the future of the company. The Global Technology Leader has comprehensive responsibilities for managing Materials Technologies from a business perspective and in a global context. Leadership is exerted through identification and translation of complex business objectives into global projects among multiple reporting regional work units. Director - Logistics - Aerospace Manufacturing. Must have Aerospace experience. BS in technical or business discipline. CPM preferred. Experience and strong command of computer skills. Six Sigma and/or Lean experience is a plus. 7-10 years of related experience is required in a manufacturing environment. 2 years of management experience. Will be responsible for the management of Procurement, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Control. Oversees the sourcing and procurement of equipment, tools, raw materials, packaging materials, parts, services and/or supplies necessary for operation of an organization. Our client seeks a strategic thinking MRO Sr. Buyer for their largest manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: Manage a divisional spend of $60 million, approximately 15% of the company's overall MRO spend. Manage MRO spend for the Client's largest facility. Lead large high visibility projects. Implement commodity management processing strategies. Requirements:BA/BS in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement/Sourcing or Business. Established background in procurement, with relevant MRO indirect and direct experience. Demonstrated project leadership capabilities. Reporting to the President, qualified individual will be responsible for all US and International Human Resources activities and supervise the Human Resource Manager for the US and dotted line leadership to the Human Resource Generalist and Training and Development Coordinator/Facilitator. Client is a small (140 employees) but established and very rapidly growing with a core business in manufacturing, designing and installing pipe identification and valve tagging systems worldwide. Their products are primarily sold to the oil & gas, pipeline, power, chemical and related sectors. This job is located at their corporate headquarters in Milwaukee and is responsible for all US and International HR work. They send employees throughout the world and have permanent offices in Singapore and Canada, with Qatar and Nigeria offices currently being opened. They plan on adding about 75 new employees overseas within the next 12 months. The company prefers someone who has a BS in HR, MBA and SPHR preferred, with at least 15 years HR and organizational development experience. International experience with foreign offices and subsidiaries is necessary. They want a strategic thinker who can plan and organize all of their global hiring, benefits, training, OD and succession planning and related HR issues.
