This person must have soybean crushing and solvent extraction experience and strong leadership skills. In this role, this person will manage daily operations and personnel of the soybean preparation, solvent extraction, and receiving and load operations of a 110,000 bpd soybean processing facility. This includes all process aspects: safety, quality, efficiency, economics, maintenance needs, compliance related functions, etc. Qualifications: BS degree in engineering or technical degree in a related field preferred. Minimum five years experience in oilseed processing or related industry. Minimum five years experience in supervision. Solid record of safety leadership and integrity. Ability to manage, communicate, and direct the work of employees and contractors, along with excellent customer services skills. Location: MN; Salary: $80K - $90K. Brazing Process Engineer Top international technological manufacturer seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join a busy team at their New Hampshire site. Following experience desired: Design of Experiment; 6 Sigma Analysis; AutoCAD software. Will use Design for Manufacturability and evaluate solder fixtures for vacuum brazing. This is a "thick film" environment. Must have brazing experience. Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering. Design for Manufacturability (DFM) skills; Design of experiments (DOE) experience. Solder and vacuum brazing in microelectronics packaging - Must Have Brazing Experience To Be Considered. Metrology and PLC programming experience. Must be eligible to work on defense and satellite programs subject to ITAR regulations. Location: NH; Salary: $70K - $90K. Senior Maintenance E & I Engineer Responsible for the development, maintenance, strategies of overall operating and maintenance reliability of the site electrical distribution system, the site production process distribution control system, (DCS) to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the site's product production units. Perform calculations, equipment selection, equipment specification, system layout, field investigation, development of project budget, and construction administration. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical discipline, PE License preferred; Possess detailed knowledge of equipment from various manufacturers. Demonstrated capability to lead large electrical and instrumentation infrastructure projects - $1MM. Experience with plant design and project engineering or utilities a plus. Mastery of the theory of operations of major equipment and a working knowledge of high voltage and medium voltage electrical distribution systems. Knowledge of a variety of test equipment and methods employed for testing and troubleshooting electrical equipment. Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational and planning skills, facilitation skills, computer skills and the ability to achieve results through others. Flexible, analytical and detail oriented. Willingness to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and willingness to participate in weekend and holiday coverage. Senior Maintenance / Reliability Engineer Will investigate equipment problems and design modifications to improve reliability, productivity and safety using failure analysis to determine root cause and recommend improvements. Will develop new equipment specifications based on the requirements of the production and maintenance departments, draft requests for quotes, review supplier quotations and make recommendations for purchase. Assist with equipment repairs of stationary and rotating equipment by working with manufacturers, OEM's, and outside repair shops. Project planning of major equipment upgrades by determining requirements, writing specifications, obtaining quotations, and manage and monitor projects progress executed by company personnel or outside service provides. Create equipment repair procedures. Responsible for Site Mechanical Integrity Program. Assist with development and Quality Control of critical weld procedures. Design and review use of leak repair devices such as clamps, wire wraps, cans. Creating and maintaining Mechanical Integrity programs and procedures consistent with the NEC, NFPA, and OSHA standards. Responsible for compliance with all mechanical codes, standards, regulations and industry best practices (ASME, API, ANSI, OSHA). Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering. 3-10 years or more experience in Maintenance Engineering, Process Safety Management with emphasis in Mechanical Integrity Program. Thorough understanding of ASME Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Piping Codes. Knowledge of high temperature / pressure metallurgy. Knowledge of corrosion resistant metallurgies. Experience with plant design and project engineering a plus. Willingness to participate on corporate teams and assist other locations (some travel required). Willingness to participate in on call weekend and holiday coverage. Location: Baton Rouge, LA; Salary: $90K-$120K.
